A short survey about Summer

My confused Calvinist friend “Red Cleric” over at Theological Edge tagged me to fill out this survey. I’m sure he believes I was predestined to do it so I don’t want to disappoint.
1.) What first tells you that Summer is here?

An endeavor worthy of the Robot dance

Yesterday (Sunday May 25), our blog went over 5,000 visits.  We’ve been posting since 08/04/07; so just about 10 months.  Who in the world thought that by this time we would be ranked 33,345,890th on the world wide web.  I think by the year 2050 we can move up 10million spots.

A long trip but a short visit

Cork and Sue (Cork was the pastor in Portland that I worked with for 7 yrs and Sue is his wife) made the long journey from Portland, OR all the way to Sebastopol, MS in our new minivan.  They said it drove like a pro and averaged about 27 mpg all the way down.  That’s [...]
