Holy-Days: Part I

All things Christmas holidays:
Christmas tree hunting in a little community called Rosebud

Our first Sebastopol, MS snow.  As much as we ever had in Portland.

Southern Miss ends on a high note

This was the first year the family and I had season tickets to Southern Miss football.  The team started off to a dismal 2-6 start but finished strong by winning the last 4 regular season games and then beating Troy in the New Orleans Bowl 30-27 in Over Time to finish 7-6.  That’s 15 straight [...]

Labor of Love

We celebrate 2 years

Thanks to [...]

You let them watch movies.  And they did.  All three did suprisingly well.  [...]

Cheeky Bops

Sometimes a father can get stuck on the previous child’s nickname and attribute it to the next.  I had been calling Hannah, Cheeky Meeks, over the past few weeks but that name belongs to Trey.  After some discussion and reflection with Shelby, we decided on Cheeky Bops.  Cheeky Bops is now 6 months old.  Full [...]
